Justin and Antoine came out to my house to assist after a water heater failure in the attic and were both very patient and reassuring with all of my concerns. They cut holes in the attic floor and identified additional water pooled over the insulation batting which was not visible from either above or below. They removed and replaced all affected insulation. All wood surfaces were treated with antimicrobial and a fan was installed to dry any remaining moisture. I hope I never need this service again, but if I do I will definitely use home heroes atx next time.
